It has nothing to do with not having time. It would take the devs 2 minutes to post something (anything) about the crashes here on the boards but they choose not too. The idea that customers should have to go to Discord in order to get a response from a dev is unacceptable and it's a shame that we as gamers have allowed that to become reality. I'm not even experiencing crashes so I have no personal dog in this fight but from an outsider looking in this isn't good practice. If the devs have time for BS banter on Discord then they have the time to respond to their customers on the outlet that they purchased the game from. You can have the Dev keeping answering post, or you can have them try to fix it.
